Rillan is a detached property and has parking space for at least three cars. It is ideally situated — it has the advantage of being just 1/2 mile from the local supermarket and 'take away' and also close to the Balmacaan Woods that has some excellent walks where wildlife can be seen in abundance.

Rillan has all modern amenities to ensure your stay is as comfortable as possible. The cottage has the benefit of oil-fired central heating with all rooms having thermostatically controlled radiators.

There are two double bedrooms that have a King Size double bed and two single beds. All bed linen is provided free of charge, plus hot water bottles for those who like to be really cosy in bed! There is also ample wardrobe space available. Extra blankets and pillows are available if required.

The modern bathroom consists of bath, shower, hand wash basin, electric shaver point and toilet. Hand and bath towels are for guests use at no extra charge. All guests need to bring is their tooth brush!

Relaxing after a day of sightseeing you can sit in comfort and either watch your favorite TV programme, choose a video from the selection provided or just listen to a CD or the radio. Or perhaps just enjoy the quietness as you look out the large picture window across the superb Scottish hillside. An open fireplace for a log fire is available and logs are on hand for your use.

A spacious kitchen incorporates a dining area and is fully equipped with electric cooker; micro-wave and fridge freezer. There are ample dishes, saucepans, kitchen utensils and cutlery to cater for every occasion.

The utility room provides a washing machine and tumble dryer. Tea towels and washing up liquid are provided. An 'Information Point' allows visitors to find out about local, and not quite so local attractions. Maps showing many of the local walks and roads in the area are there to help you plan your holiday activities.
