2. If for any reason you have to change your arrival/departure times or have any problems whilst staying at Rillan, please contact us on 01923 674525.
3. Cancellations: please advise immediately. Where cancellation is made less than six weeks before holiday start, you will be liable to full holiday cost. If re-let, all payments will be refunded less any administration costs.
4. Strictly no smoking in any part of the house. This is a health & safety issue as well as a consideration for other guests.
5. Sorry, no pets allowed.
6. Breakages, loss or damage to the property or contents must be reported before the end of the holiday. This allows us to have replacements ready for other guests. (In most cases no payment is charged.)
7. Unsuitable hirers: - the owners reserve the right to refuse to hand over holiday accommodation to any persons who, in their opinion are unsuitable to take charge. In such a case payment will be refunded in full, less costs.
8. A fee of £20 will be charged for lost or non - return of keys.
9. Log Fire: the fire-guard must be used at all times and not left unattended. We strongly recommend that the log fire is not used if there are young children in the house.
10. The number of guests must not exceed the number of beds provided.
11. Although every effort has been made to ensure your comfort and safety whilst staying at Rillan, the owners cannot accept any liability for damage, injury or loss to persons or possessions.
